Welcome to our website
Written by Lena

We would like to introduce The First Bell Russian Learning Centre which opened it’s doors in September 2006. It is designed to be both fun and educational for all ages.

The Centre is…

  • Teaching and promoting Russian language, classical and modern literature
  • Educational activities
  • Organising different cultural events
  • Communication with the international community in Oxfordshire

Here you can begin to learn or improve your existing skills and performance in Russian

Although the Centre was originally intended for families with links to Russia, we have always welcomed children and adults from other backgrounds where we have discovered the demand.  We have found it to be a pleasure to share with them our language, culture and history and hope that we are giving something back into the multicultural society in which we live.

The First Bell Russian Learning Centre is also a member of Oxfordshire Community and Voluntary Action (www.ocva.org.uk).
